About The Event
The workshop consists of 2 classes, each lasting 1.5 hours. Taught on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Students will learn about the benefits and applications of Reiki, as well as a short history of Reiki. They will participate in a Reiki-guided meditation and receive a healing attunement. Students will practice techniques that can be used anywhere to reduce stress as well as self treatment for long term stress management. Class 1 is an introduction, discussion, guided meditation and Reiki energy placement. Class 2 is practical workshop using stress management techniques.
