Special Yoga - Reiki Event with Live Music!

Please join us as we immerse ourselves in this rejuvenating Yoga session with Laura Ruby followed by a bath of pure loving Reiki energy! The yoga section includes gentle yoga stretching then restorative Yoga as we drift into meditation. The Reiki section, led by Reiki Master Cindy Waldman,  begins with short guided imagery while Reiki is activated, then we relax into our own individual journey. As we awaken, balance and ground our energy pathways, Michael Maher plays the lovely healing notes of the hammered dulcimer and native American flute. This is a joyful experience not to be missed!
