Reiki I, Part 1, Self-Care Workshop ONLINE

Reiki Master, Cindy Waldman, leads this class through a Reiki deep-healing attunement. The ability to heal with Reiki is taught differently than other healing techniques. It is transferred by the Reiki Master through an attunement process which opens up the student’s chakras and energy pathways to allow the energy to flow unimpeded. The attunement itself is a deep healing and can be a powerful spiritual experience for many people. Students will be guided through a Reiki self-treatment as well as introduced to other quick stress buster techniques that can be used anywhere, anytime.
