Reiki-Guided Meditation with Live Music!

Please join us at Rising Phoenix as we immerse ourselves in this rejuvenating bath of loving Reiki energy! Led by Usui Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master, Cindy Waldman,  the meditation begins with a relaxing into a body and chakra scan, followed by beautiful guided imagery while Reiki is activated. As we sit or lie comfortably, in a very  safe space, we allow Holy Fire Reiki to guide us through our own individual journey. As we awaken our spirit, and balance and ground our energy pathways, Michael Maher plays the lovely healing notes of the piano or hammered dulcimer and native American flute.  When the meditation winds down, we are invited to share our Holy Fire Reiki experience with the group.
