About The Event
Our meditation begins with soft music flowing to all corners of the room as we find our comfortable spot. Led by Cindy Waldman, Reiki Master, we set our intentions and begin deep breathing, slipping into a relaxing body-scan meditation. We gently sink into a deeper state of awareness and we connect to source energy. With our bodies relaxed and our chakras humming, Holy Fire Reiki flows around and through us, and we follow the imagery, allowing Holy Fire Reiki to guide us through our own individual journey. As we release what no longer serves us and open ourselves to spirit, Michael Maher plays the lovely healing notes of the piano, chimes, hammered dulcimer or native American flute. When the meditation winds down, we take our time to process the experience and write in our journals. Before we all go our separate ways, we are invited to share our Holy Fire Reiki…
