About The Event
Led by Cindy Waldman, Reiki Master,  we open with a relaxing body-scan meditation, enabling us to sink into a deeper state of awareness and connection to source energy. With our bodies relaxed and our chakras humming, Holy Fire Reiki is activated and we follow the guided imagery, allowing Holy Fire Reiki to guide us through our own individual journey. As we release what no longer serves us and open to spirit, Michael Maher plays the lovely healing notes of the piano, chimes, hammered dulcimer or native American flute. When the meditation winds down, we are invited to share our Holy Fire Reiki experience with the group. Â
